„Thank you to the Romanian people for all that they are doing, but I ask you once again, all in silence, in peace, and with a clear understanding of the reality, we must not give rise to violence or any other forms of it, such as what happened yesterday evening. We move forward with great confidence for the future of this country, and Anamaria and George Simion will continue to handle all the political preparations,” Georgescu said in a video message published on Facebook.
„Two or three days will follow in which we need to be very active. Please follow what the POT and AUR members are telling you. Through unity, we will get out of this impasse, and we are standing by the most voted Romanian, until the end. We are together,” said AUR President George Simion.
The POT party leader called on supporters not to be disappointed because „we are the strongest”. „We are here, all three of us, we are working together and we will succeed together,” she added.
